Taller Development - a land development company about to commence sale or delivery of our first project; conversion of underground reservoir into a £4m+ / 800sqm+ house, along with development of two other plots of roughly £2.5m / 450sqm and £1.8m / 300sqm. Fresh Moves - a rapid refurbishment company that allows you to freshen-up properties for sale (e.g. probate) or purchase (e.g. before you move in), working to fixed deadlines and costs, applying software project management principles to property.
