New in PaTMa Property Manager: Track Your Property Assets https://www.patma.co.uk/?ref=Lovat We’re excited to introduce a new feature in PaTMa Property Manager: Asset Management Tracking. This tool is designed to help you stay organised by keeping all your property assets—like washing machines, boilers, or other appliances—logged and manageable, with reminders to stay on top of important dates. How it works: • Record assets: Add details like purchase dates, descriptions, and locations for your property’s items. • Upload documents: Store warranties, instruction manuals, and more. • Set reminders: Receive alerts for expiring warranties, service schedules, or other key dates. • Share with tenants: Quickly send documents, like manuals, to tenants with just a tick. To keep things simple, this feature is optional and needs to be activated in your PaTMa Property Manager settings. We know every landlord’s needs are different, so we designed this as an add-on to avoid unnecessary complexity for users who don’t need it. How to activate Asset Management Tracking: 1 Go to Settings in the left-hand menu of your PaTMa Property Manager account. 2 Tick the box for “Enable management of assets/appliances within properties”. 3 You’ll see a new Assets tab in the property menu where you can start adding items. Once activated, adding assets is intuitive and streamlined. For example: • Add an item’s purchase date, condition notes, or location. • Upload a document with a reminder and choose whether to share it with tenants—all with simple tick boxes.
