𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 💪 As we step into December, my focus is clear: 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘴𝘤𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩 𝘪𝘯 2025. I want to carry forward the momentum we’ve built this year and hit the ground running in January. @David Tremlett and I have set an ambitious target - 𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 in UK Homes Network by Christmas. We’re only 140 members short, so this week, it’s all about making it happen. And what a week it’s shaping up to be! Here's a glimpse at what's coming up: 📅 Wednesday – I’ll be joining my good friend Sam Cooke to record the @BBMagazine podcast. Sam has been a huge supporter of UK Homes Network, even giving us a special shoutout at his recent event. 📅 Thursday – I’m heading back to the Property Networking Host Summit 3.0 in Birmingham. Huge thanks to @Guillaume for inviting me to partner with the event. Guillaume has had an incredible year with the award-winning Property Filter, and it’s amazing to think how far UK Homes Network has come since attending PNHS back in January, just as we launched. Returning 10 months later feels surreal—I’m stepping in as a completely different person. 📅 Friday – @bentibbetts and I are teaming up for a free webinar on an issue close to our hearts: the empty homes crisis. With 700,000 properties under-utilised, this is a topic that demands attention. It’s a full-on week, but 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁. What’s your big focus for December?
