“But just think: what if it did go well?” By doing things that push us out of our comfort zones, we are showing our brain that we are safe and capable of doing those things. And the more we do this, the easier it becomes to disengage from those scare-mongering thoughts that come from the primitive part of the brain whose job it is to keep you safe and comfortable, but not necessarily happy and fulfilled! P.S. Who here has been to Sri Lanka before? And what did you like most about it? I loved the people, food and abundance of nature. It's such a fantastic country that I highly recommend 😍
