My journey in property development began with hands-on trade work, which evolved into managing refurbishments and new builds for developers. Today, I’m proud to run my own projects, focusing on Commercial Conversions and making a difference in the housing landscape. I’m passionate about creating Accessible Housing for wheelchair users across Herts, Beds, Bucks, and North London, collaborating with local councils, homeless charities, and supported living providers. Beyond this, I’m building a portfolio of Holiday Lets in Dorset, starting by helping a retired couple solve their property challenges through creative strategies. I also work to match landlords with Supported Living Properties to provide housing for vulnerable adults. These individuals often face institutionalisation or unsuitable accommodations, and it’s deeply rewarding to help improve their quality of life.
