Hi all, It’s been a busy week, mainly networking. Wednesday I was out with the Leeds pin community for a Christmas get together, pizza and drinks and some property chat. Thursday evening, it was an online event with @BBMagazine and keynote speaker Paul Lanfear, sharing a case study on one of his past HMO projects, warts and all. Paul also gave a great Q&A to finish the evening off, giving some valuable insights into raising finance.
