I'm incredibly proud and excited to share some amazing news: this morning, I officially became a PIN Approved Speaker for 2025! Next year, I'll be traveling across the UK, connecting with and speaking to hundreds of property professionals. It’s an amazing opportunity that I’m truly honoured to have. For those who know me, you'll know that public speaking has been one of my biggest personal challenges. But I’ve made a promise to myself to overcome it, to grow, and to inspire. In 2025, I’m determined to step onto those stages with confidence, delivering value and becoming the best speaker I can be. A special thank you to @mark1 who has backed me through this process from day one and has given me a platform to build my confidence.
