This was me every week when my weekends for full of alcohol. Anxiety through the roof on a Monday morning. Still there until Thursday at least. Horrible. From me to you, here's 5 tools for you to try if you like: - 1️⃣ How are you feeling? Reflect. Why? Be honest. Understanding the root cause of your emotions is key to how to influence them. Good and bad... How has your weekend impacted you? 2️⃣ Embrace opportunity. Set the right tone today. I'm pretty sure the world will keep turning. What if the worry you have turns out to be false. What if today turns into a belter for you? 3️⃣ Be grateful. You have so many great things going for you right now. Think about them, write them down. This doesn't mean you have to distract your attention from ambition and bigger and better things. 4️⃣ Have a resilient and growth mindset to tackle your week Enter the week with a can do attitude. If you are telling yourself you can't - try I can't 'YET'... 5️⃣ Stick a smile on your face You'll feel a whole lot better. Hunt out the colleague or client with the funny bones. They're good to be around, good for the soul.
