What a Christmas to Remember! 🎄✨ This holiday season has been nothing short of amazing, here’s a little glimpse into the past couple of days: 🎅 Christmas Day Highlights: A relaxing day with my lovely dog, a refreshing sea swim 🏊, a peaceful walk along the beach 🏝️, and even a surprise visit from a dolphin 🐬 playing in the bay! Moments like these remind me how beautiful life can be. I even found a Wild Sauna on the beach, although unfortunately it wasn’t open 😢. 🎁 Boxing Day Breakthrough: Started the day by reconnecting with a vendor I’d tried to meet last Christmas (after a scheduling mishap by the Agent 🙈). This time, I decided to take the initiative and knock on her door, so glad I did! She welcomed me in, and we had an open, productive chat about her needs and a potential Lease Option. She’s asked for a proposal, and I’m thrilled to work toward a solution that works for both of us! The rest of the day? More quality time on the beach with my dog and another energising sea swim 🌊. Tomorrow, it’s back to business, meeting with another vendor about a portfolio of holiday lets.
