In 2025 we decided to onboard a new business coach and mentor. after my first call today I can already feel the shift in mindset, see the value and have started to think about operations in ways that have been unbeknown to me in business these past two years. we spoke about a number of things, not just our goals for 2025 but a clear breakdown of what’s expected and how we are going to achieve them, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets. As a company we have been growing at an incredible rate but growing without any direction and I really feel like this is going be the fine tuning we need.
