Investment Opportunity Hello everyone, we hope you had a lovely Christmas! we would like to invite you to a fantastic hands off investment opportunity. I don’t think I need to give you the typical “how much interest are you making on your money, whilst it is sat on the bank” talk. Instead we will give you a very brief explanation of what we wish to invest in, a little bit about ourselves and our company and why we believe it will be a sound investment for you. So our names are Mark and Christine McAleenan, we are directors of a company named Macaylor Property Solutions Ltd. We specialise in the HMO on PLO, B2L and Comm/Resi. We mainly focus on areas close (within 45 mins of where we live) so therefore we know the areas that DO work and more importantly the areas that DO NOT work. What are we looking for? – we are looking to raise some funds/capital. We will then do what we do best which is paying the investor their money back with a decent % return on top of the investment, at the same time refurbishing the properties and getting them suitable for our next clients. We can have you as the investor very much hands off during the entire process in which we can either pay the investment back monthly or annually (whatever the investor feels most comfortable with). Or have the investor on board gaining experience, earning and learning. We have a full brochure which we are happy to send out to anyone that shows genuine interest.
