šŸŽÆ Is It Time for Estate Agents to Rethink Viewings? Is it just me, or do some Estate Agents not realise the importance of properly managing viewings and offers? Here’s a real scenario: We had an offer turned down today for a property my Supported Living Provider viewed before Christmas. The offer was submitted well in advance, but I found out last week it hadn’t even been presented to the landlord until last Friday. Fast forward to today, and we’re informed the landlord doesn’t want ā€œcompanies.ā€ When I asked if the landlord had changed their mind, I didn’t even get a clear response. To make matters worse, the Agent told my Supported Living Provider, after two separate viewings, that they don’t check if landlords accept Company Lets upfront. Instead, they only ask once an offer is made. šŸ™ˆ This process doesn’t just waste time for agents, landlords, and prospective tenants, it’s a huge issue for Supported Living providers who simply don’t have time to spare. Surely there’s a better way to do things? Wouldn’t it make more sense to clarify the landlord’s position upfront and save everyone unnecessary hassle? I’m fortunate to work with some brilliant agents who truly understand Supported Living, communicate clearly, and ensure transparency from Day 1. šŸ’” Let’s have a conversation: How can we encourage better processes in this space to save time, build trust, and improve outcomes for everyone? #SupportedLiving #RealEstate #EfficiencyMatters #CompanyLets #BetterProcesses #CommunicationIsKey
