Hi my name is Neil and i am a property developer from Anglesey , north wales. I’ve been building my portfolio since 2004 and currently have 10 properties. Within that are 10 flats, 1 resi, 2 BTL,2 Commercial units, 1 pub and restaurant and a grade 2 listed chapel, school and hall. I am currently working with Roma finance on this chapel development and it’s a very exciting project that will be 7 units when complete this year. I am currently looking for an investor who could invest £140k with good return and first charge on a property.
