Here I've got some of the latest property performance data for every postcode in the UK (and now you've got it too). If I was going to buy a BTL property right now, I'd do it in one of these places - Newcastle (NE41), 69% growth in 1 year, low crime rate, and pretty affordable average asking rents for long-term equity growth York (YO15), steady rental yields (5%) and great 1 year growth of 45%. High population too, so steady tenant base. Reading (RG25), a good balance of rental income and appreciation (5% yield, 50% growth). and I'd currently avoid........anywhere in London 😬 What do you reckon, agree with my takes or not?
