I’ve been building my portfolio since 2004 and currently have 10 properties. Within that are 10 flats, 1 resi, 2 BTL,2 Commercial units, 1 pub and restaurant and a grade 2 listed chapel, school and hall. I am currently working with Roma finance on this chapel development and it’s a very exciting project that will be 7 units when complete this year. I am currently looking for an angel investor who could loan £140k with good return of 15% for 12 months and first charge as security on a property valued at £500k-£550k in a holiday let hotspot in rhosneigr , Anglesey , north wales .
