Hello everyone! I’m Rachel and my background is in interior design and project management. Based in Bude Cornwall on the Devon border I’m interested in finding refurb projects in this area and working with investors. All kinds of projects from HMOs to Serviced Accommodation and Planning Gain. I can easily see what can be done with a building and put together initial plans to scale organise measured building surveys to create plans etc. I plan to use Lease Options in future.
