⏰️ How do you motivate yourself to get up as soon as your alarm goes off? 👌 I use the “3-2-1-UP!” technique! This is particularly useful on those days when it’s dark and cold, and staying in my cosy, warm bed feels like a much more attractive option…..but I have things to do, so I need to get up and start my day (despite the discomfort) before the overthinking part of my brain takes over and convinces me to stay put!
