Busy day today, new tenant moving in to our 5 bed HMO in Northampton, recently been refurbished. Moved tenants around while completing their rooms, All worked well. New tenant moving in this weekend, loved the property on viewing! Good sign. Added to the WhatsApp group for the property, great tenants, who also appreciated the refurbishment, makes it all worth while. Have a great weekend.
