🚀 FROM BURNT-OUT PHARMACIST TO PROPERTY INVESTOR 💰 Hi I am Lily aka Claudia on FB, I qualified as a pharmacist in Australia, but within 2 months, I knew it wasn’t for me. So, I packed my bags and set off for Europe! 🌍 What I found? A greater need for my skills AND better career progression—teaching doctors, nurses, and patients as a prescribing pharmacist responsible for prescribing guidelines in the UK. 💡 My wake-up call came in 2008. In Lourdes, I met a former surgeon—once at the top of his game, now unable to work after a stroke. It hit me: If I don’t build my own future, I’ll always be at the mercy of someone else’s decisions. I needed assets that would pay me forever, whether I was sleeping, sick, or unemployed. 🔥 That’s when I started turning sh*t holes into beautiful homes and getting paid monthly, thousands of miles away! Just ONE deal done right creates income for life. With my keen eye for detail, I apply the same precision I used in pharmacy—calculating doses in pennies per milligram—into analysing property deals that actually stack up. 🏡 We started with hands-on refurb projects, but now we’ve built a trustworthy team across the UK, allowing us to scale and create passive income on autopilot. Fast forward to 2020—I moved to Sweden 🇸🇪, investing £10K just to learn the language and secure my license to practice in 10 months. Unemployed, depressed and suicidal due my status of unemployment because I could not speak the language, I signed up for a few courses on how to do property, most of which I already knew because we started based on our instincts and numbers but confirmed that we were on the right track. But it taught me that I should NO LONGER keep our property investing SIDE HUSTLE as our SECRET but to share this on our network. Hence this post. But I quickly realised as well: low pay, job insecurity, and worsening patient care were NOT the future I wanted. While others worried about layoffs either in the NHS or Swedish health care system, because leaders in the healthcare system never learn that short term savings via consolidation is actually bad for the organisation and bad for patient outcomes, I wanted to grow my property portfolio income to fall back on. 💼 My old hobbies? Collecting stamps & travelling. 💰 My new hobbies?
