Understanding The Workings of Your Brain: I provide weekly insights into how your brain is working in relation to your challenges, with fresh content in every session! This includes sharing practical tools and strategies that you can apply to everyday life to feel better. 🌈 4. Scaling How You’re Feeling: You share a number from 1 to 10, indicating your current emotional state on a scale aligned with your desired feelings. For example: Someone with anxiety aiming for more calmness would rate their current calmness level. ✨ 5. Enter the Miracle Question: This questioning formula asks you to imagine waking up feeling closer to your ideal self. What would show you that you were feeling a little bit better? What would be different? This tool is used to help you to imagine a “doing picture” of a small step you could take to feeling a little bit better. It usually results in lightbulb moments and creative sparks! 💡 🌀 6. Hypnosis - A Refresh for Your Mind: In the last half-hour, you lie back on your sofa or bed, getting super comfy. I then guide you into a state of hypnosis, characterised by focused attention, heightened suggestibility, and deep relaxation, while narrating personalised metaphors to align your thoughts with your desired feelings.
