I can't take the credit for creating this excellent infographic but I'm probably the person who shares it the most in the world! That is because it is such a useful tool to help give you strategies on how to feel better when you have a deficiency in any of the 4 main brain chemicals. What's your favourite strategy? I have a love/hate relationship with cold showers but I find that they are always worth the temporary discomfort 😅
