I choose action over excuses. I never allowed myself to fall into the habit of making excuses. It ends with me. Period. If I choose to do it, it's me. If I don't do it, it's also me. I give my absolute best, with the knowledge, time and resources I have, even when life was at its toughest. But developing this mindset hasn't been (and continues not be) easy. It took: ➡️ Facing failures without giving up ➡️ Stepping into discomfort instead of avoiding it ➡️ Staying disciplined even when motivation faded ➡️ Pushing myself when no one else believed in me ➡️ Learning from setbacks and mistakes (trust us- we made some big ones!😱) rather than complaining about them Some people you meet will always... 🎭 Consider you a pretender 👻 Connect then ghost you 😤 Try to use you and ONLY work with you of their terms (tip: throw them away! You'll never earn a penny from them!) 📉 Not care if you are a success or failure. 🤏 Look down or belittle you because they are older/richer/have more letters before or after their name than you. Some people think they're 'big fish' and believe their own hype. 🐟 Avoid these types at all costs 🎣🚫 Let them. Let their ego is their blind spot. Business in all it's facets and industry sectors has never been about: ❌️ What you know ❌️ What you've learned 10 years ago ❌️ How much potential you have It's always been about... ✅️ What you can learn next ✅️ How consistently you show up ✅️ Who you have in your corner Success doesn't come to those who wait for the perfect moment, it comes to those who take action despite the odds, despite the detractors, despite the fear. Your mindset is what separates you from the rest. 💪🫶 Friday Motivation sent with love this Valentines ❤️ Join Derbyshire and Yorkshire's most exclusive property club.
