"I always drink when I'm stressed.." Not my words, but those of a potential new client on return from my holiday last week. It hit a trigger in my own mind. I don't enjoy drinking when I'm stressed - not one bit.. I used to. Since taking a massive break in drinking alcohol and doing the inner work, drinking and negative emotions do not mix.
