It'll be fun, stress free and make you money they said Yeah right 😂 My first ever instance of any tenant issues so I can't complain too much But when someone leaves a property you do get a feel for how other people live Dog piss Dirty bathroom Hard stains on the hob Stinky carpet Chunks out of the worktop That's not half of it - the agent said it's one of the worst they've ever seen (and smelt 🤢) And this was acceptable to the tenant apparently I doubt the deposit will cover all the repairs to get this flat back to tip top condition Buy hey ho We go again and find another tenant
