Well, we do... 🏘 The sourcer is often portrayed as the bottom of the property food chain. 🐟🤏 *correction* Parasite pretender and beginner - neither agent nor landlord.🪲🐛🤢 Hanging on to the coat-tails of the cash and asset rich in the hope of making money by offering a p*ss poor service. OK... a bit strong. But you get my gist... So loathed by agents they have to give themselves titles like: 'portfolio builders', 'property conseiage' to get a chance to talk to the senior valuer. 🎓😂 Suspected by landlords and investors as being juniors, small fry, useless at their job, wastes of time. Used only because Mr Landlord or Mrs Investor doesn't have time to hunt their own investments. 🙄🤨 No smoke without fire they say...🔥💨 They usually: 🚫 Dont have experience 🚫 Don't own property 🚫 Don't know about DP or AML compliance 🚫 Don't have systems 🚫 Basically, don't know what the f*ck they are doing and have only attended a 3-day weekend course by a 'guru'. ⚠️ Well, we do! ✅️ We ARE experienced ✅️ We DO own our own ✅️ We DO know and practice compliance ✅️ We DO have systems ✅️ Basically, we DO know what the f*ck we are doing!
