Quick intro, I’m Nick based in North Hampshire, been in property for about 7 years mainly sourcing R2RSA (sourced 40+ deals) have my own SA in Reading, moved away from this following Covid and the fact the numbers didn’t stack I wasn’t prepared to pump ‘deals’ out even if they didn’t stack , moved into commercial land looking at land for care homes and drive thru’s for multiple customers including build out for drive thru’s. Also partnered with a company who many resi properties BTL HMO’s BMV, plenty going on married with 5 kids, football coach and now taxi driver for the brood!!!
