🌈 What do you when you wake up to feel ready for the day ahead? One practice I have just started again is journaling every morning. By journalling, I mean writing down whatever is on my mind in an unstructured, unedited brain-dump fashion! It often helps me to work things out that have been on my mind. Sometimes it's complete waffle! But it always helps to clear out anything that is taking up too much space in my head. I'd love to know what morning practices help set you up for the day!
