A morning well spent at the insider St Helens event at the home of St.Helens R.F.C. When asked by property investors about any tips at Roma Finance we always say “follow the money” If there is a cohesive investment plan for developing an area there will always be a halo effect into the local housing market - ideal for SME builders and property investors Today we heard the plans for St Helens: - Repurpose existing buildings to quality homes - Attract new leisure investment - Build new homes - Social housing to provide inclusive growth. Whilst the traditional anchor industries have left the town there is a clear appetite to build on past success for a better future through initiatives like glass futures. Afterwards I nipped into the town centre to go to Birchalls who after 80+ years are closing and stopping selling their legendary pies. The queue said it all. However there is a future for St Helen’s even without Birchalls pies and Roma will be there to support investors looking to create wealth through property.
