Probably not the usual post, but checking out if anyone could share some insight: We launched the high-end branch of The Property Experts at the beginning of the year, called the Prestige Property Experts. Part of my plan to develop it in the Thames Valley area is to offer my support to developers on two fronts: selling remaining stock so that they can move on to the next project and also helping with the part exchange stock, by outsourcing the sale. For medium to large developers, what would be the job title of the person in charge of each part? would it simply be a Marketing Director? or Sales Director? or is there a more specific role dedicated to managing part exchange for example?
