So Rightmove have released their latest house price index, and it's honestly one my favourite times of the month. Not necessarily because the insights are particularly helpful, but because shortly after, my social media feeds are flooded with people complaining (rightly) about how poor the platform is for giving people the information/accessibility they actually want. (not to mention the eyewateringly unsustainable price hikes) - Want to see a complete pricing history including reductions etc? Forget it. - Want to filter by size, amenity distances, condition, or anything else useful? No chance. - How about just the ability to quickly generate genuinely useful comp sets? Not interested. Still, can't complain. They didn't do it - so Property Market Intel did, and we did it pretty bloody well. What do you wish Rightmove could do better??
