My 4 biggest business lessons now my business is 3 year old... And what would you add? I’d love to know! 1. Patience is under rated. Patience enabled me to start my business as a side hustle in 2022 and prevented me from making rushed decisions based on the fear of not having enough money. I could still pay my bills as I still had a FT job. It was hard doing it all. But it was no harder than being 3 years in. 2. The importance of keeping focus on my own adventure, not what's going on around me. I love this one! I really am a big advocate for not paying attention to what your peers are doing. Get inspired by those who are way further forward in their journey instead. Don’t follow the herd. 3. It's either a 'Hell YES!" or a " Strong No" Instinct is a super power. If you’re not feeling it 100%, it’s not right, right now, or ever. (Read the book ‘Essentialism’ for more on that!) 4. Ego has very little place if you want to grow as a person. I’m very good at looking to blame myself before anyone else. In fact I’m too good at this. But what it means is I’m also really good at self improvement and acknowledging my weaknesses. Continual personal development is vital. And FUN! What do you think? What got you to where you are?
