Thinking grey is the 'safe bet' for your property? Might want to think again 👀 Here’s something most people don’t realise: Pure grey (the kind made from just black and white) doesn’t give us any positive psychological boost. None. Nada. Zip. In fact, grey is more likely to leave buyers and tenants feeling: 😴 Tired 🤷‍♀️ Detached 🤔 Indecisive Not exactly the vibe you want when you’re trying to get someone to fall in love with a place. If you’re aiming for calm, excitement, happiness (you know, the feelings that lead to offers) grey just isn’t going to get you there. This isn’t opinion, it’s science. Colour drives emotion. Emotion drives decisions. Decision = SOLD.
