I’m looking for a Investor to form a JV! If you’ve seen me post I specialise in construction costs, procurement and project management so I am able to bring all the construction knowledge and deliver the development. I have 18 years in construction so can bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the partnership. I just don’t have the funds, so lm looking for an investor to partner with long term to finally go into property development. Happy for them to be silent or be involved, and happy to consider small refurbishments or new builds.
