After four years of blagging lifts, borrowing my partner’s car, jumping on trains, and the odd sprint to a meeting when the Uber cancelled… I’m finally back on the road. Yesterday, I bought a van. Not a flash one. But it’s mine and it starts. And there’s something beautifully freeing about that. Since launching UK Homes Network, I’ve done thousands of miles without even owning a vehicle. Every meeting, every exhibition, every talk; I found a way to get there. But I promised myself: by the end of this year, I’d be driving again. Turns out I got there a little early. It’s not about flashy wins or ticking off some “I’ve made it” moment. It’s about the small victories that remind you how far you’ve come… even if you’re running on fumes and a Bluetooth speaker. Progress isn’t always glamorous. Sometimes it looks like a clapped-out van and a half-decent coffee from the services. Onwards. I’m just getting started… #EntrepreneurLife #PropertyIndustry #StartUpJourney #VanLifeVibes #UKHomesNetwork
