Hi all, I have a land deal currently in Lincolnshire: Value: £600,000 PP: £500,000 The land has been remediated and it has planning for 5 - 4/5 bed houses. 26,920 sq.ft £18.57 per sq.ft I have a good relationship with the my client. The land has been valued at 600,000 (I can provide the valuation report to those interested). It’s currently been dropped to 500,000.
