Good morning. Looking at the absorption and reduction rates of multiple areas of Wolverhampton I’m seeing a lot of sellers markets. Some hot sellers markets. During the winter months I see many balanced markets. With there being a general supply issue across the UK (and unusually high demand) I don’t see many buyers markets. The North East seems to be more favourable for buyers. The good weather and long daylight hours increases buyer activity which gives sellers the upper-hand. It’s a better idea to buy between late October to early March, and exit in summer. That’s what the data suggests. I’m usually not such a data nerd, but data is key for understanding market dynamics so you can make solid investment decisions.
