Procurement 4 House Builders are excited to announce that we’ve secured Phase Two of the St Andrews Court development – converting former offices into 11 new residential units in partnership with XP Property We met onsite yesterday with Ben Richards and Tom Horrocks for a pre-construction meeting as we prepare to begin strip-out works over the coming weeks. Over the past few months, we’ve worked closely with the XP team to finalise budgets and logistics, and we’re now in a strong position thanks to the level of pre planning everyone has committed to. At P4HB, we believe the most important phase of any development is what happens before you break ground. Strategic pre planning allows the whole team to move proactively rather than reactively and as anyone in construction knows, there are enough moving parts without adding chaos.
