What are you consuming? And I don't just mean food or product-wise! What type of media do you engage with? Is it uplifting, inspiring, educational, funny, or does it leave you feeling unhappy, stressed or fatigued? Who do you spend most of your time with? Do you feel happy, supported and encouraged in their company or do you find yourself feeling depleted or low. What types of food do you eat / drink and are they nourishing and rich in nutrients or do they make you feel bloated, lacking in energy of do they give you a sugar high followed by an almighty crash? It can be so easy to get stuck in repeating cycles of behaviour regarding what we are consuming. Even when they don't make us feel good or support our goals. Do you feel you need to make some tweeks in any of these areas to improve your overall well-being? I find it's useful to check in with yourself on these questions from time to time to avoid getting trapped in unhealthy cycles that don't serve you.
