The number one concern I hear from investors is risk. They think it’s about the property: the condition, the tenants, the maintenance. But in supported housing, that’s not where the risk is. The risk is in the lease and that’s where we do the most work. Every lease is long-term, pre-approved, and backed by government-supported funding.
