That's the pre app in for our latest project. The Halifax Bank at Market place Doncaster closed 4 years ago and has been empty since. Our plans are for a retail unit on the ground floor (talks are ongoing with a number of possible tenants) The first floors would convert into 3 flats and 3 flats on the top floor. It's also a possibility we could keep the first floor as offices too. We are working with a provider, Doncaster Council and University Campus Doncaster to see if we can work together to provide a shared office for the students when they graduate.
