Great start to the week 🦺💪🏻 Superb day at MING Room of great people with a superb atmosphere, can’t wait for Septembers event. Great to see Blue Bricks Magazines very own Sam Cooke as guest speaker, really good insight and given me food for thought! Then over to a property auction in Stoke tonight, some good deals to be had! It’s great to see what properties sell for and the margins they can make. Especially when we are working with our clients, it gives us a better understanding of the construction budgets and GDV. Who says property development is dead?
