The iPhone 📱 now has a mental health questionnaire tucked inside the Health app. It’s not a diagnosis. It’s not divine wisdom. But it is a powerful opportunity for self-reflection. I gave it a go this morning and no surprise really, it flagged me as moderate risk for anxiety and moderately severe for depression. But here’s the thing... it doesn’t ask if you’re running a business. It doesn’t check whether you’ve slept properly in weeks or if your brain is juggling 74 tabs while also trying to remember to drink water. It doesn’t account for the pressure that comes from trying to build something from nothing, especially when you really care about it. And that’s why tools like this are just the starting point. Mental health isn’t always about a condition. Sometimes, it’s just the cost of caring deeply, pushing hard, and trying to do something that matters. If anything, this little quiz reminded me that being honest with yourself is the goal and that even in the middle of stress and pressure there’s always time for a check-in. So if you’ve got an iPhone, take two minutes. You might not get answers, but you’ll get awareness. And that’s where growth starts. Sent from my iPhone. And maybe… from a slightly overwhelmed but hopeful founder too.
