Good morning ☕ Just a little reminder as you start your day… What have you been telling yourself lately? That voice in your head....yep, the one that chats away while you’re making coffee or heading into meetings, it has power! And sometimes it’s not very nice. “I’m not good enough.” “I should be doing more.” “Everyone else seems to have it sorted.” Sound familiar? These thoughts often run on autopilot. But, they’re just old stories. They’re NOT facts. You can change the script. Start by noticing when you’re being tough on yourself and ask: “Would I say this to someone I care about?” If not, try something kinder. It’s not about false positivity.
