Nice when your HMO tenants add their own bits. They bought a rug and clock! A sign a) they respect the place b) they are settled and are going to stay This was my first HMO purchase in 2007 and in that time has grown by around 40k and has cash flowed approx £800.00 per month (£172,800!!!). Not bad for a little 3 up 2 down eh? Gotta love these mini mos.
