2 years into Your Results Coach... I want share the truth with you. Not every day has been a bed of roses. Far from it. Here's a quick summary of the good, the bad and the frustrating. Last week, for the first time I didn't post on LinkedIn - which I've been consistently doing for at least 5 days a week for over 2 years now. I felt jaded with it, I'd even say burnt out. So a short break to reset. I've got lot's going on in my head at the moment, decisions to make. My second year has been a challenging one and the business has moved forward, so definitely something to celebrate..! I'm never happy though, I always want that bit more. (Something I've constantly worked on with my own coach!). I can see a shift in how social media (particularly LinkedIn) works - this is the main tool for my business right now and I've felt the impact of these changes. Content that worked last year, doesn't seem to have the same this year. This year is the year of the story teller..! Year 3 is going to see a slight shift in my focus and I've a meeting this week to start bringing that to life. A shift in positioning and my offer. More to follow on that soon. I'm lucky to work and have worked with some amazing clients. Some good eggs. Leaning into the coaching process to achieve great results. That's so rewarding for me. Their testimonials being the icing on the cake. Being in control of your own destiny can be daunting at times. Being a business owner can be really tough - the highs are awesome and the lows hard graft, but they are yours to own in equal measures. Have a plan, do the consistent work to support that plan and good will come. You will be ghosted, people will let you down, people may not want to work with you, but there are plenty that do and will. To everyone who has supported me over the last 12 months thank you, I really appreciate it. To those who I've not met yet and will be working with, I look forward to meeting you.
