How’s your week started? 😂 Even if you're not jetting off somewhere sunny, August just hits different, doesn’t it? There’s this collective slowing-down that happens. School holidays kick in, out-of-office replies start stacking up, and people finally give themselves permission to breathe. For those of us still in the trenches, it feels like the pressure eases just a touch. So this month, I’ve decided to lean into it. August is about clearing the decks, getting stuck into the admin I usually dodge, and recharging the batteries ...starting with an ice-cold reset. Sometimes the best way to speed up is to slow down.
