Hi everyone great to be here & to meet you all. I’m Jackie, based in Keighley, part of Bradford. Quick intro on what our company does. I run Aireworth property Services Ltd with my partner Steve & we have a couple of ladies working for us in our office & a VA in Philippines. We help clients get started investing in property through buy to lets, predominantly for social housing. We also work with sourcing agents who want to offer their clients a social housing lease in Leeds, Bradford or Wakefield. We also do some flips & are mentors & trainers for Jamie York’s Aspire Education company and are hosts for Property & Poppadoms Bradford along with my daughter Natasha who owns the staging company, Dressing Rooms Home Staging Ltd. We own Aireworth Housing Ltd for our social housing clients & have our own portfolio in Aireworth Property Ltd. We are currently doing a barn conversion to 2 x 3bed semis near Keighley, a bungalow flip in Dewsbury & a couple of buff & fluff projects for social housing for clients.
