On route to meet a property solicitor expert to talk about recovering rent arrears (for tenants in situ). He is creating a platform for landlords to self-populate a legally worded letter on a solicitors letterhead which we are hoping will knock bad payers into touch. Would you use such a facility? There will be a charge to use the service to pay for the tech behind it but FAR cheaper than instructing a solicitor direct. What do you think? Comments welcome whilst it's still in the planning stage!
