Hi, I would like some help and advice about converting normal house to a HMO please. I have a 3 bedroom house in Northampton NN3 and my tenants have given notice. I would like try to a HMO as it can be converted to 4 bedrooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom plus a separate toilet. I understand I don’t need a license as its less then 5 bedrooms. What are next steps and how long will it take to get tenants in? Any support is very appreciated. Thanks Sonia
