Hi everyone, different type of post from me. We are on the verge of purchasing a plot of land for our forever family home. It will be a self build project (on a tight budget, I better get the build costs right 😅) which we have always dreamt of doing. I’m comfortable with the build stage but I would love your opinions and advice on everything else in-between on doing a ground up development! The land has outline planning, we will be purchasing it on an option agreement and selling our home to do this. We’re putting every penny we own into it with a self build mortgage, (just to give some context) I’m happy to give more info if interested Any advice or comments would be appreciated 🙏🏻
